The food is decent but they mess up the orders often.. otherwise it's not horrible .

Sometimes its good food. Other times it's nasty.
I have had several bad experiences at the Pitts Sonic,I have a 30 minute lunch and a few times I didn't even get my food,once they gave it to someone else and once they deleted my ticket,so I didn't get my food then eirher and no apologies or anything or coupons or anything ,I used to go there alot,but not anymore.
